Letter from ‘Izzat al-Dawlah
Two pages: a poem on one and a half pages, and on the second half, a letter by Fatimah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Dawlah, in which she refers to an envelope she had sent two years ago thinking that [her son] would take care of her affairs after her, but little did she know that she would survive her son. She asks the addressee to send her that envelope.

Nusrat Sharifi to ʻAliyah Mashayikhi
Nusrat Sharifi's letter from Mashhad to ʻAliyah Mashayikhi, along with its envelope. It reads: "Dear sister, I hope you are doing well. We received your letter. We are all good and the only thing that is missing is you, especially when we go to the other yard and see you are not there. Bibi Khanum, Khanum Buzurg, and Khanum Jan send their greetings, as do the wives of Mr. Shah and Mr. Amir Husayn Khan. Turan Khanum, Aqdas Agha, and ʻIsmat al-Muluk say they miss you a lot. Part of a letter
The writer shares some news about the purchase of a slave (Khvajah) for the crown prince from Somalia for two thousand tumans and mentions that Aqa brought four Kaniz (female slaves) for Khalah Jan, Mahmud Khan, Mademoiselle, and the writer. Three of them are Baluchis and one is Bambasi. Aqa also brought a male slave as a souvenir for the writer; his name is Qanbar. S/he then describes three things that s/he wanted during the three years that Aqa was governing the ports and has them all now: a good gun, a mare called ‘Abid, and now Qanbar.
